We are pleased to inform you of a new system for ordering uniform. We are gradually phasing out stocks of uniform held in school and as from next week there will be four options for uniform to be purchased:
Order online via Baker & Son website. Uniform will be delivered to school each Thursday free of charge when using the code RANDLAY at checkout.
Go directly to the shop - 29 New Street, Wellington.
Order online via Baker & Son and for a small charge the order can be delivered to your home address.
Order by telephone direct to Baker & Son on 01952 641897 and pay by debit or credit card with both options of delivery i.e. free to the school with a Thursday delivery or for a small charge to your home address.
School will hold samples of Baker & Sons’ sweatshirts and cardigans for you to ensure you order the correct size.
The remaining stock of uniform we still hold in school will be sold on a “when it’s gone, it’s gone” basis and will be at a slightly cheaper price. Each weekly school Newsletter will have an update on stock levels available in school.
This decision has been taken to make the ordering process easier for everyone and save on valuable space and reduce the cost of stock held within the school. We have sought feedback from other local schools that operate this order process and this has been really positive.

The school colours for Randlay Primary School are red tops, black or dark grey trousers / skirts with white polo shirts. There is no set uniform, but children are encouraged to dress in the school colours. School sweatshirts and cardigans can be purchased from the school office (whilst stocks last) and Baker & Son, Wellington.
PE kit (a plain white t-shirt and navy / black shorts / jogging bottoms) is essential. For indoor PE the children will generally work barefooted unless there are medical reasons. For outdoor PE they will need trainers. The year 4 children go swimming and will therefore need swimwear and a towel.
