Mavis - letter to parents and carers
The School Immunisation Team is introducing a new digital consent system for parents and carers. Please take a few minutes to read the attached letter, which explains how the new system works.
The school flu vaccination programme for children in Reception to Year 6 will take place on Thursday, 8th October 2026. The attached letter contains full details about the vaccination programme and instructions on how to complete the online consent form.
Completing the form is quick and straightforward. Please submit a response even if you do not wish your child to receive the vaccination.
