World Book Day 2025!

Date: Thursday, 6th March 2025

Join us as we celebrate the magic of books and the joy of reading!

What’s Happening?

Children can come to school dressed as their favourite book character or author on this day, or they could even come in their pyjamas and slippers with their favourite book they enjoy at bedtime.

Please do not feel the need to go out and buy something brand-new. Families are encouraged to get creative and come dressed using items from home. They could come dressed as an animal from ‘Dear Zoo’ and wear their onsie, a character from ‘Goosebumps’ re-using their Halloween outfit,

Parents & Carers: You’re invited to join in the fun! Help us inspire a love for reading by sharing a story with your child.

Happy Reading!

Year 4 Swimming Assembly

Today, we held a special assembly to celebrate the fantastic achievements of our Year 4 swimmers. Our Year 6 sports captains played an important role in presenting the well-deserved certificates and badges to recognise the hard work and courage which was shown this past Autumn term. We are incredibly proud of every single child for their perseverance and determination and we congratulate them all for their dedication and success in the pool.
