We're going to be looking at the topic 'Our Wonderful World' over the next few weeks. We will be setting work for you which we will be completing in school with key worker / vulnerable children. Keep sending us photos so we can see what you're doing at home too!

What you will need:
String
PVA glue
Ink
Greaseproof paper
Pencil (to swirl colours around)
Circle templates
How to:
Place your string around the circles and cut it to size, the ends of the string will need to meet.
Place your string into your cup of glue until coated.
As you pull your string out of the glue, use your thumb and finger to go down the string to remove the excess glue.
Lay the piece of string on the greaseproof paper, trying your best to make the ends meet and form a circle. DO NOT put it back onto your template as it won’t work.
Snip off a hoop and repeat the process so that you can hand your Earth.
Next, fill your circles with glue, don’t overfill them or they will spill out, just a thin layer.
Drop your colours into the PVA glue and use your pencil to swirl around the colours – trying to make it look like the oceans and continents.
Finally let them dry for several days and then hang.
