First up this week, Harry Potter's Wizarding World has some exciting news.
J.K. Rowling has assembled a gang of celebrities and other famous faces to read a chapter each of her first novel, 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone'. The first chapter is read by the Boy Who Lived himself... Daniel Radcliffe, who played Harry Potter in the films! We thought you might enjoy listening to this so wanted to share the link with you. Miss Watton has enjoyed listening to a few minutes every night before falling asleep! But she keeps forgetting where she got up to, so it might be better to find time in the day to set aside for this activity
This week marks the 200th birthday of Florence Nightingale. She is known as "the founder of modern day nursing" and was famous for nursing soldiers during the Crimean War.
